This was one of my first ever pieces. I had seen a similar style on pinterest and thought I know how to weave how hard can that be. After all it’s a slab cut in strips and woven simple right?? Wrong! This takes patience and skills I didn’t have yet. But with perseverance and a little luck I created this. I wasn’t going to include this piece here since I couldn’t part with it. It lives on my kitchen counter as an inspiration to what I can do, with patience and time.
